My school is comprised of two buildings, 3 parking areas, one Promenade, and a Student Commons. One building houses Admin stuff, Financial Aid, and classrooms--it's the boring, 70's building. The other building is the cool one. It's a really tall, Art deco structure, built in the 20's, with tons of charm: an old Bullocks store. During orientation, I took a school tour and was immediately reminded of the real reason behind me coming to SW. Where else could I study Contracts in the same room where rich ladies used to buy perfume and scarves? Even better, what other school would give me the opportunity to brief my cases in what used to be an exclusive beauty parlor? I love SW. It's so pretty here, especially the Tea Room. Yes, it's where ol' blue bloods (not gangsters) would take a break from shopping, and where now I take a break from reading. Shopping, much like reading, can be extremely tiresome.
I love SW.
